Ordering from Razbari constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms take effect when you first access this website, place an online order, or contact us by phone to place an order.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not place an order through this website or by phone. All orders placed with Razbari are subject to these conditions.
Once your order has been placed, we begin preparing it as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please call us within 5 minutes of placing the original order to request a full refund.
Cancellation requests should be made by phone rather than email. As food orders are perishable goods, a cooling-off period for cancellation does not apply.
We cannot guarantee that any of our food is free from nuts, nut derivatives, or other ingredients that may cause allergies or allergic reactions. Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen where many ingredients are used.
If you have any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements, please contact us before placing your order so our team can advise you.
We aim to deliver orders within approximately 45 to 60 minutes to the address provided. During busy periods, delivery may take longer.
In some cases, we may be able to notify you before ordering if we expect a delay. However, delays can sometimes be difficult to predict. If circumstances outside our control affect delivery times, we will do our best to keep you updated.
A minimum order value of £15 applies. If delivery charges apply, we will notify you during the ordering process, whether you order online or by phone.
You agree to provide a valid postcode, full delivery address, and contact telephone number when placing your order.
If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, we may be unable to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. You agree not to withhold payment where delivery issues are caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by you.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to contact you by phone or email after the order has been placed. This helps us protect against fraudulent or hoax orders.
In some circumstances, such as exceptionally large orders, we may request a deposit before confirming the order. The total price will be confirmed before your order is completed.
If your address is outside our stated delivery area, we may be unable to deliver within our normal estimated delivery time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please call us before placing your order.
Food photographs on this website are for illustration purposes only. The dishes delivered to you may differ from the images shown on the website.
Images may represent serving suggestions, generic ingredients, or example dishes, and should not be treated as an exact representation of the final food item.
Dish descriptions on this website are provided to describe the menu items as accurately as possible. Where certain ingredients are unavailable or out of stock, our chefs may use suitable alternatives.
If you are unsure about the ingredients, contents, or packaging of any dish, please contact us before ordering. “Home-made” means created and cooked from scratch by us. “Fresh” means not frozen or tinned. “(v)” indicates a dish without meat or fish.
If food colouring is used, it is used in line with applicable food additive regulations.
We generally use standard 500ml takeaway containers for our dishes. We reserve the right to use alternative packaging where necessary, but portion sizes will remain equivalent.
Please note that some dishes may settle during delivery.
When you place an order, you are entering into a contract with Razbari for the preparation and delivery or collection of your order.
Razbari will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, economic, or consequential loss, arising from the use of this website or from information provided by email or other communication methods.
